Baking Essentials - For All the Breads! (or muffins)

Now that the weather is cold and we’re officially into late October who doesn’t love a good bread! (or muffin)!

This time of year I love all the breads!

Banana.

Pumpkin.

Spice.

Chocolate chips…no chocolate chips… walnuts…no walnuts…lets just say the options are endless and not to mention delicious!

Making these breads into muffins is a great for not only portion control (if you have will power and can limit yourself to one) but also great for quick “on-the-go” options… (I literally eat mine driving into work).

Here are a few of my favorite baking essentials:

  1. Metal Mixing Bowls

  2. A whisk / spatula

  3. An Ice cream scooper

  4. Your favorite William’s Sonoma Bread Molds - I plan to purchase the muffins when they aren’t sold out!

  5. Apron

TIP: An ice cream scooper is a quick and helpful tool when scooping the batter into the muffin pans. Cuts the time down by half. This scooper pictured here is actually one passed down from my grandmother and it still works like a dream! Check out your local thrift stores or purchase new!
